Dragonfly Boutique was founded in 2012 by two long time friends. Jill and Monica have been friends for 20+ years and have always shared a love of fashion and design. Collaboratively, the two decided they wanted to try to make their dream come true. After shipping, packing, and filling clothing orders in their basements, the two decided it was time to expand. In 2015, Dragonfly moved into a small shop to fulfill their dream. Three years later in 2018, Dragonfly Boutique moved into a refurbished building in the historic downtown area of Seymour. The ultimate goal amongst the two includes their desire to bring affordable fashion to a small community. Jill and Monica, among all other Dragonfly employees, thank you for your ongoing support and dedication to keeping their dream alive.

Returns must be requested within seven days once you have received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
